Hi! I am Bryan Malvas.  For years, I had little confidence due to my skinny appearance. I dreamed of improving my health and physic many times, but never found the motivation for it. When I finally convinced myself to go for my dream, I enrolled in Ringside Boxing. In about a year, my life changed. From a skinny 140 lbs., I gained about 25lbs. of muscles! At 165 lbs., I became confident with my new body.My motivition to train we: "No pain,No gain".

My advice to everyone is that no one gets their fitness goals overnight. A great body is developed due to consistent hard work, and not through unhealthy shorts cut such as diet pills or food starvation. Lastly, pick a gym that you like and who is committed to helping you achieve your goals. As for me, They have me attain the body I wanted. I take this opportunity to thank them all!.....
