On 2009, I reached an alarming weight of 184 lbs., and was tired all the time.  I realized how exhausted I was, and how desperate I needed to lose weight.  I tried dieting, only to gain it all back and more. I even tried the no rice diet for 3 months, but I ended up hospitalized for a week.

I decided that a lifestyle change was in order and a must. For a year and a half, I enrolled with a personal trainer at a regular gym, and lost almost 25 lbs. I however got tired of the routine and stopped my gym membership. For 6 months, I turned to running, but platued after losing 10 lbs. I was stuck at this weight despite what i did for almost a year.

Late 2011, I decided to enroll myself in the One-on-One Program of RINGSIDE. After five months, I weighed  134 lbs., losing 15 lbs., and significantly increasing my cardio, conditioning and strength. I made the right decision in joining Ringside. 

Thank you RINGSIDE.  Thumbs up to your great staff and trainers. I have not found a better workout.
